From a pure medical process to aboard HIV positive patients, practitioners are agree to recognize necessity of a multidisciplinary care. Besides sociological, biological and medical aspects psychology, behavioral science intervenes directly in HIV positive's course after diagnostic's revelation and on its lifetime. This article suggests to make a relationship between, on the one hand, a theory based on clinical observations and, on the other hand, research in the field of the state of being HIV positive. This original approach permit to map the course of psychotherapeutic roads. In this context, group psychotherapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy are indicated in HIV positive's care.
