This paper presents a discursive and semiotic approach of Corporate Social Responsibility reports, published by three important French corporations: Lafarge, BNP Paribas and Total. The paper analyses the presence of "external stakeholders", and the verbal and visual forms of the figure of "the other" in these texts.
