Surviving to couples in therapy. Between respect for the couple's demand and research of comfort and efficiency for the therapist. - Having clarified her actual representations on the couple and tried to circumscribe her difficulties with the couples in therapy, the author will expose the methodological aspects which allowed her to win in comfort and efficiency. To spot the type of problem, to define relation and to put down a clear frame, allow to build good foundations to co-construct therapeutic course then. Specific points of her approach will then be discussed: re-visit the place of change in couple therapy and center the work on the couple first (and not on the individuals who compose it).
