Abstract
(en) [The destructiveness bound to the sexual abuse on the child] The sexual abuse on the child represents not only a problem of individual health but also a theme of public health. If the sexual ill-treatment establishes a question of physical and psychic health of an individual in the multiple and varied fallout, she also confronts the aspects of the first links, the links of attachment, given that she usually takes place in the family circle. In the light of three clinical cases, the article discusses the concept of destructiveness on one hand in a general way and on the other hand specifically in the situations of sexual abuse, to propose in fine some points of attention around the word of the child during the coverage. Let us specify that the child, that he confides or not, stays very often psychology traumatized. The destructiveness sends back to the destructive character of an alive element or not, and, more generally to the faculty to destroy. In connection with this notion, we can globally observe factors of gravity and others said by protection susceptible to coexist. If the first ones are more important, the probability is big that the symptoms are invalidating and long-lasting by underlining that they can deteriorate over time or appear in a deferred way. If the factors of protection are significant, then the child will know more chances of a low traumatic achievement and a more or less fast healing.
