Abstract
INTRODUCTION : Spot-scanning proton arc (SPArc) therapy was introduced in 2016 offering superior target conformity and simplifying the proton therapy treatment workflow. It is considered an advanced intensity modulated proton therapy (IMPT) technique through arc trajectory optimization.
