- Nudging is often presented as a way for fostering healthy food behaviour, by facilitating healthy options and making others more difficult to choose through the "architecture of choice". However, I argue that this way of doing underestimate many elements linked to politics and law. First, they overestimate the individual responsibility. Second, they underestimate the role of power (who control the "architecture"? Does he/she wants to change it for healthier choice?. Third, food behaviours are more understood as practice rather than as reflexive choice one can influence easily.
