Abstract
Radiometric calibration by OTS beacons is analyzed for the propagation data base produced by the European Space Agency SCTS station and four fluxmeters, for the three first years of the satellite. An effective medium temperature model is proposed in order to improve the prediction method of attenuation from radiometric statistics. An analysis of the predictor is also performed in terms of static error and standard deviation for the proposed model.
