Abstract
(en) lt happens so rarely that it’s worth mentioning: the Musée de Folklore vie Frontalière in Mouscron, designed by V+/Projectiles, was in the spotlight even before it opened. From the competition (analysed in detail by A+) via the building site (the subject of an exhibition and two books) to the inauguration (consecrated by the critics), the before and during phases were widely covered. But what about the after phase?
