This presentation explores the additive manufacturing of high-strength aluminum alloy 7075 lattice structures using Laser Powder Bed Fusion (L-PBF). The study focuses on optimizing process parameters and powder composition to produce strut-based and TPMS lattices with tailored geometries. Mechanical and microstructural characterization, including in-situ X-ray tomography and Digital Volume Correlation, is conducted to assess porosity and strain distribution. The findings highlight the potential of these structures for lightweight, high-performance applications
