(en) Anaphylaxis, independently of its etiology, is a specific clinical situation that can evolve very rapidly to a dramatical situation. With the aim to diagnose it easier, the definition of the anaphylaxis was adapted to be more clinical and more efficient. The initial management of anaphylaxis is developed following the severity’ scores; epinephrine is the main important drug to be used very rapidly by intramuscular injection in the thigh. In each case, a prolonged medical observation is necessary. The patient has to be transferred to an emergency unit by a medical specialized transport.
