Abstract
(en) To the Editor:We read the article by Maguire et al(1)withgreat interest. The authors present a single-arm phase 2 trialof elective nodal dose reduction for patients with locore-gionally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the headand neck (HNSCC). Fifty-four patients were enrolled, witha median follow-up of 36 months. The dose to the electivenodal volume was lowered to 36 Gy.[...]
