Abstract
Measurements were performed on the /sup 9/Be(p, alpha )/sup 6 /Li reaction between 30 and 75 MeV proton energy in order to study /sup 6/Li highly excited states in the 6 to 18 MeV region. The authors found evidence for a T=1 level at 8.2+/-0.2 MeV of width 2.2+/-0.2 MeV.
