Abstract
(en) This contribution undertakes first to examine four situations of algorithmic use wih a legal consequence for the individuals. On the basis of algorithms in taxation, criminal investigation, administrative procedure and trafic regulation, this contribution establishes the diversity of practices and the need for man-made decision making to mitigate any abuse in the system.
