- Abstract
- The /sup 20,22/Ne( alpha ,d)/sup 22,24/Na reactions have been studied at 21.5 MeV. Strongly excited levels are located at (1.529+/-0.006) MeV in /sup 22/Na, and at (1.500+/-0.008) MeV in /sup 24/Na, which are attributed to the principal configuration (d/sub 5/2/)/sub 5+//sup 2/. DWBA adjustments have been performed; both levels of interest are characterized by /b L/=4.
