Abstract
This paper analyses the discourse about “development” held by the European NGO Confederation for Relief and Development (CONCORD), its theoretical background, in the period 2010 – 2020. I analyse selected documents through thematic analysis in NVivo and interviews to selected CONCORD representatives.
