Abstract
(en) The aim of this article is to emphasize the difficulties that anthropologists face when trying to work in an ethical and neutral way on a subject such as witchcraft practices. These difficulties in this field may incite the researcher to adopt strategies and play roles that are not always consistent with the ethical principles in social sciences. It is often necessary to adopt a role within the social game that constitutes witchcraft systems to gather data that might remain out of reach otherwise.
