Abstract
A task force with experts from the 9 constituent universities of Circle U. shares its take on Open Education in this newly released report providing strategies and key actions. Building on the latest literature and reflections on Open Education, this report aims to encourage institutions and decision makers at all levels to support Open Education, in accordance with their own context and specificities. It is divided into six thematic sections (Open Education; Skills and Training; OER and Coursewares; Hybrid and Distance Learning; Open Source; Digital Tools), each providing guidelines and recommendations to stakeholders of higher education institutions in order to foster Open Education.
