Dear Editor, Targeted immune inhibitors (biologics) and Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors have revolutionized the management of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). However, some patients remain insufficiently controlled with these new systemic immunomodulatory treatments (SITs).
