Abstract
The invention relates a fluorescent compound of formula I: wherein A is selected from P, P=O and N; • R1 is a residue comprising an oxygen atom • R2 is a residue comprising an oxygen atom, or a halogen, • R3, R4 and R5 are alkyls, possibly substituted • or a salt or a solvate thereof. The compound is useful as a fluorescent probe sensitive to membrane fluidity and for diagnosing cancer. Classifications
