- Abstract
- In the concluding chapter of this Companion, we – the Editors – take stock of what knowledge and understandings have been gained on the SDG–HRM nexus. We first summarize what we have learned from the chapters in this research Companion. Next, we highlight institutional, organizational, theoretical and methodological challenges, based on the knowledge we gained. Finally, we draw attention to several interrelated thematic areas for future research and how we suggest these need to be studied. Our conviction is that collectively we can have an impact.
