Abstract
(en) Mobilisation and representation of dominated agents are scarce. This article questions, from the Aude department, the emergence of a wine trade union, born of « isolated" agents formerly without representation. We assign this turn from isolation to grouping to national - then European - mechanisms, structuring - then destructuring - the organisation of the wine industry guaranteeing the survival of the "isolated". Here, European integration sets conditions – nonetheless insufficient – to the action of dominated agents and to thechange in the representation of professional categories.
