Abstract
(en) In the transformation crisis face by the State, the phenomenom of globalisation represents for this actor of international relations a specific challenge with several dimensions. Among these, the advent of new influential actors challenging State legitimacy in its functions brings along the emergence of the question of governance. Governance seems than to take the lead on government.
