Abstract
Text of the speech made at the International Seminar "Aesthetics and Critical Theory", held online between the Catholic Universities of the North (Chile), the University of Antiochia (Colombia), and the Catholic University of the East (Colombia), for the session of 21 October 2020. The aim here is to retrace the influence of Kant's and Schiller's aesthetics on the philosophy of Herbert Marcuse.
