(en) [Fraternal incest or sexual abuse in the sibship?] It is not rare, within the professionals concerned by the adolescence, to hear some representations against young people who acted their sexuality on others. Significant “as predator, pedophile, pervert” are conveyed while it is clinically significant to take time to determine the elements which urged the teenager to act, before possibly “to catalo” him. Based on two clinical cases, the article proposes a reflection on the “sexual act” from two perspectives, i.e. fraternal incest and the sexual abuse in the sibship. The incest takes a place in a fusional, symbiotic relationship, between two people who each find, at least for a while, their satisfaction. Passion is central as much as the enjoyment of an exclusive relationship. As for the abuse, the notions of influence on one another and omnipotence are found in the mind of the author. It is hardly at the level of the facts in their materiality and behavior of the involved individuals where we can differentiate the entities but rather from the point of view of the psychic defenses that the nuance is noticeable. We propose therefore to examine the aspects of cleavage present in both cases.
