Abstract
This presentation aims at presenting the shift in policy focus from "BME groups" to a much wider notion of "diversity". It encompasses the notion of socioeconomic inequalities in access to care and quality of care. It also discusses the "multi-level" issue - discrepancies between local and national policies.
