Abstract
In this talk we treat a general route for nanoporous templates structuring. The ability to characterize a given number of nanostructures (typically one desires to measure up only one) located in a nanotemplate is of great interest for modern science and technology. The general approach consists in studying large assemblies of nanostructures fabricated inside templates or employing indirect techniques to localize and analyze single nano-objects. Our proposal is based on an aleatoric patterning approach, yet providing rigorous selection rules.
