Abstract
(en) The LOCI team of Metrolab Brussels presents intermediate investigation's results : "Les clairs obscurs des représentations de projet : pistes d'articulation entre recherche académique et projet urbain". This intervention exposes the methodology and first conclusions of our inquiry in progress : what is the image of the city and the "project horizons" (Corboz A., 2001) underlying the ERDF program in Brussels? The actions financed by this fund are supported by very diverse governance arrangements, public, private and mixed. Our survey questions this diversity : the objective is to understand to which metropolitan and city project (s) the entire program and each of the 46 projects that it subsidizes contribute. Do they bring together the conditions of an urban project for Brussels, and if not, how can they be helped to evolve in this direction?
