(en) In the firs t part, we give a sum m ary of charge tra n sfe rt com plexe theories and sh o rt com m ents on the cla ssifica tio n and crystallography of som e alkali halide organates. In the second part, we studied by X ray d iffra ctio n and by nuclear m agnetic resonance fo u r organates : N al.3 H C 0N (C H 3)2 N a l.3 (C H 3)2C 0 NaBr.2 C H3C O N H2 LiCI. O -C H 2-C H 2-O -C H 2-C H 2 These com plexes are of interest, because they give inform ation upon the covalent bond form ation, besides the other interm olecular interactions such as dipole-ion, d ip o le -d ip o le interactions, London force etc, of alkali m etallic ions w ith som e electron do n o r m olecules of type n. It fo llo w s th a t there are no bond m odification of the organic com pounds and the crystal cohesion is due to alkali m etallic ion -o rg a n ic oxygens and to hydrogens-halide linkages.
