Abstract
How could the communication between researchers and healthcare providers be improved, especially when they do not share the same professional language? A study conducted in an adolescent and young adult hematology unit using the inductive and qualitative approach of the grounded theory has been reported as useful to go beyond the inner difficulty of the scientific portability between healthcare professionals and researchers in applied psychology
