- Abstract
- The article delivers a concernabout the differences between the Southern and the Northern countries when it comes to assigning the risks and benefits of research, and the ethics that go with the basic principles, together with some of the changes in the 2008 version of the Declaration of Helsinki. The author regrets the apparent double morality as a result of the big differences due to poverty and cultural deficit in the South as opposed to the North, especially in Africa
