Abstract
This issue of Panóptica is hosting an international symposium, entirely devoted to discussing a recent scholarly contribution to European constitutional law – and, more generally, to constitutional theory: Giuseppe Martinico's "The Tangled Complexity of the EU Constitutional Process". This book symposium has been jointly promoted within the framework of a long-standing partnership between the STALS project (www.stals.sssup.it) and Panóptica itself. It contains contributions by Marco Goldoni, Pablo Castillo Ortiz, and Giuseppe Martinico himself.
