(en) Abnormal levels of TAU protein and Amyloid B42 were found in the cerebrospinal fluid of patients with mild cognitive impairment. We made clearer the correlations between the biological changes in the cerebrospinal fluid and the cognitive impairment, particularly the executive functions. We also tried to predict the status of MCI and of evolving MCI with biological and cognitive variables.
