Abstract
(en) This working paper aims to analyze the repertoire of actions of Bruegel, EU think tanks involved in a multi-level governance. As key case, the analysis of Bruegel allows us to go back to the historical and conceptual development of think tanks in the European Union. Considered as knowledge agents, we will focus on the way that think tanks mobilize “knowledge” or scientific facts to have influence on the public debate.
