- (en) Isolated oculomotor nerve palsy caused by lymphoma is a rare clinical condition. Histopathologic diagnosis of lymphoma is mandatory in planning the appropriate treatment. However, early diagnosis represents a particular challenge when lesions involve critical structures, making biopsy considerably morbid.
