Africa carries a long and lasting legacy of social, political and economical plagues which entail a lot of challenges. As a matter of fact, African ruling governments are addressing these challenges through unilateral, bilateral or coordinated regional channels. However, no matter how coordinated the policies for an emerging African leadership might be shaped, human rights remain the sole pre-condition to foster and achieve African countries development plan.
