Cerebral palsy (CP), the leading cause of motor disability in children, results from early brain damage. Children with CP often experience impairments in body structure and function, activity limitations, and participation restrictions, as outlined in the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) framework. Recent rehabilitation approaches have shifted from focusing solely on impairments to targeting activity limitations and enhancing participation in daily life, transitioning toward the 2nd and 3rd levels of the ICF. However, many children and their families still face limited access to these activity-based functional interventions, such as HABIT-ILE. This thesis investigates the effects of the 65-hour HABIT-ILE intervention, both with and without an interactive virtual device (REAtouch®), across different ICF levels, with the goal of improving accessibility and maximizing benefits for children and their families.
