Abstract
Considering human immunodeficiency virus type 2 (HIV-2) phenotypic data and experience from HIV type 1 and from the follow-up of HIV-2–infected patients, a panel of European experts voted on a rule set for interpretation of mutations in HIV-2 protease, reverse transcriptase, and integrase and an automated tool for HIV-2 drug resistance analyses freely available on the Internet
