Abstract
This book analyses in comparative fashion a core concept in the law of tort: misconduct. That analysis is based on a collection of cases presented and commented by national contributors from 27 jurisdictions. The authors answered a questionnaire and investigated their national jurisprudence (in casu, the Belgian case law).
