Abstract
This thesis will take a look at the figure of the luxury entrepreneur, an emerging concept in entrepreneurial literature, and his relationship with potential investors. More precisely, through this relationship, this thesis will focus on the process through which a luxury entrepreneur influences investment decision of investors. By mobilizing the notions of social constructions and discourses, we will analyze to what extent the luxury entrepreneur succeeds in influencing the investment decision of the potential investor through the mental representations constructed by the entrepreneur’s discourse.
