Abstract
(en) Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) antibody disease hasrecently emerged as a new inflammatory demyelinating condition ofthe central nervous system. MOG autoimmunity is increasingly cate-gorised as a distinct entity from aquaporin-4 (AQP4)-IgG-mediatedneuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSD), although it is stillunder debate because there is a substantial phenotypic overlap betweenthese two disorders. In contrast to AQP4 positive NMOSD, poly-autoimmunity is less common in MOG-IgG-positive disease (Jariuset al., 2016; Cobo-Calvo et al., 2018). We report herein thefirst case ofsimultaneous occurrence of MOG-IgG-positive disease and Cohn's dis-ease (CD) in a young male presenting with recurrent myelitis andbrainstem syndrome
