Abstract
(en) DEAR EDITORS, The body fluid (BF) module on the XN-1000 (Sysmex Corporation) represents a convenient platform for quantification of white blood cells (WBCs) by flow cytometry in multiple types of BFs. The XN-BF mode provides total cell (TC-BF), polymorphonuclear cell (PMN-BF), and mononuclear cell (MN-BF) counts. Research parameters are also provided and include neutrophils (NE-BF), eosinophils (EO-BF), lymphocytes (LY-BF), monocytes (MO-BF), and high-fluorescent cells (HF-BF) classification.[…]
