Abstract
(en) HIGHLIGHTS : • A 55-year-old woman with MS developed glioblastoma while undergoing treatment with fingolimod. • At least 12 cases have been so far reported to pharmacovigilance worldwide. • A causal relationship cannot be affirmed based on current data. • This observation advocates the need for continued vigilance in fingolimod-treated patients.
