Abstract
The observation of the rotational spectrum of this molecule in the ground (000) and vibrational (010) states has been completed thanks to an extension of the range of observable frequencies, and to a systematic search of all transitions pertaining to the interval between 8 and 59.5 GHz. The identification and representation of transitions are facilitated and guaranteed by a second-order treatment up to J=80. The rotational spectra in the (020), (100) and (001) states have been identified, and again the calculations are treated to the second order up to J=50. The Ltr/sub e/Gt structure to the first order confirms the equilibrium structure proposed by Morino (1964) or by Saito (1969).
