Abstract
Title mononuclear derivatives of general formulae Ph(3)SnA (A=O2PH2, O2PPh2, O2AsMe2, O3SC6H5, O3SC6H4Me-4, O3SC6H3Me2-2,5) and [R4N]Ph3Sn(O(4)A')] (R=Me, Et and A=Cr,C-2 have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, i.r, Raman, Mossbauer and NMR spectroscopies. The spectroscopic results suggest polymeric structures with bridging oxyanions for all the derivatives with distorted (or not) trigonal bipyramidal geometries around the tin centers.
