Abstract
(en) We present a generalization of the Andrianov-Bonora-Gamboa-Saravi finite-mode regularization of the fermion functional integral; the procedure is close in spirit to that of lattice gauge theories: gauge invariance is exact and chiral symmetry is broken by terms of order 1Λ (Λ is a large mass). It is verified (in a nonperturbative way) that the divergence of the axial-vector current displays the usual anomaly.
