This research aims at identifying the dynamics of dialogue on work in so-called liberated companies. The "liberation" movement of organizations promotes workers' autonomy, responsibility and "freedom". The ambassadors of this managerial technique thus promise to restore the harmony between well-being in the workplace and the performance of organizations. But beyond this seductive discourse, what about people's daily experiences? This is what this thesis aims to understand, using a research methodology that allows the researcher to meet the workers of these organizations. Through the prism of the discussion spaces at work, the thesis sheds light on the stakes and difficulties of daily life in the so-called liberated companies. It identifies, for example, the new prescriptions concerning deliberation on work, with regard to workers, in the name of "liberation". More generally, the thesis offers a critical look at contemporary managerial techniques in order to shed light on the complexities of everyday life, which are still often overlooked in managerial discourse.
