- Abstract
- (en) This paper tries to analyze the academic practices made by the philosophers that apply for competitive funds. The objective is to show the intentionality in the development of disciplinary researches in order to maintain the exercise of the profession. In this way, the analysis pays attention to one of the guidelines for evaluating used by the competition National Fund for Scientific and Technological Development (FONDECYT) corresponding to the area of philosophy. Thus, it is tried to determine the criterion used to produce and reproduce a specific kind of philosophy following the modern ideal about it: making philosophy as science.
