Abstract
(en) In the context of transformation crisis faced by the State, a gradual shift can be observed from the concept of government toward governance. How can this shift be analysed in the framework of the current theoretical schools of International Relations theories? This papers confront the "government/governance" dilemma to three main schools of International theories: realism, liberalism and constructivism.
