(en) The famous 'exclusive' formulae of the Reformation (the 'sola') are they still church-dividing? Six Protestant and five Catholic theologians have treated two by two, one of each denomination, the respective expressions 'sola gratis', 'sola scripture/solo verbo', 'sola fide' and 'solus Christos', and the present ecumenical situation. Those re-readings are preceded by an evaluation of the Jubilee of the Reformation and followed by a reflection on the question: "What is a Lutheran subject?"
