- (en) [Innovations 2024 in internal medicine and infectious diseases] The fight against the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) has made great progress since its beginnings but remains a major current medical, scientific, and societal challenge. Adherence to daily medication intake among treated patients is sometimes imperfect. Lenacapavir is a new antiretroviral with a new action mechanism and very long duration of action.
